Toyota is holding its annual Dream Car Art Contest, with 2011 being the sixth year of the competition.

There are categories for children aged under 10 years, 10-12 years and 13-15 years.

The top five entries in each category win a $200 Dick Smith Electronics voucher, with all fifteen Australian winners entered into the ‘World Contest’ where they can win a trip to Japan to attend the awards ceremony.

For full details on how to enter, plus terms, conditions and entry forms head to www.toyota.com.au/dream-car. Entries close 29th February 2012.

Footy Colours Day

On Friday 2nd September 2011 Co-op Toyota and employees raised money for the Fight Cancer Foundation. Funds raised through this event will assist in the care, treatment and support of patients with leukaemia and other cancers.

The dealership was decorated in footy colours, as were the employees. The company donated party pies, sausage rolls and two meat trays which were sold and raffled off with all proceeds donated to this worth cause. In total we raised nearly $350 for this worthy cause.

National Trees Day & Schools Tree Day

In July 2011 Co-op Toyota supported National Tree Day for the 12th consecutive year. Co-op Toyota supplied 7 local schools around the community with vouchers, tree guards, stakes and accessory packs for Schools Tree Day on the 29th July 2011. Our local schools used these donations to purchase trees which were planted at their local tree planting sites.

The feedback Co-op Toyota received from these local schools along with photos and formal recognitions were outstanding.
